1. Verify that the exposed wires are at least 6 inches in length to provide adequate strain

relief and wire end strip length. Secure the conduit into both ttings then tighten conduit t

tings to manufacturer’s recommended torque.

2.. Connect the positive lead from each PV array string to 1 of the PV Positive Terminals (A) in

the wiring box compartment. Using a torque wrench, tighten the screw terminal to 10.5

in-lbs (1.2 Nm) of torque.

3. Connect the negative lead from each PV array string to 1 of the PV Negative Terminals (B)

in the wiring box compartment using a torque wrench, tighten the screw terminal to 10.5

in-lbs (1.2 Nm) of torque.
